Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Guaranteed Sport Picks collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what choices you have. Guaranteed Sport Picks is operated by GSPWins LLC.

This Policy covers guaranteedsportpicks.com and the services we provide through it. It is part of our Terms of Service.

We are a small business. We collect what we need to run the site and nothing we do not, and we do not sell your information.

Account information. Your name and email address when you register. A password, which we store only as a cryptographic hash and never in a form we or anyone else can read. A phone number, only if you choose to provide one; it is optional and we do not use it to contact you.

Purchase information. What you bought, when, the amount, any promotional code you used, and your G$P Bucks balance and history.

Payment information. Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your full card number never reaches our servers and we never store it. We receive and store only what we need to identify a payment: the card brand, the last four digits, the expiry, the payment status, and Stripe's identifiers for the transaction and, if you save a card, for the stored payment method. Stripe's handling of your card data is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.

Communications. Anything you send us by email, through a contact form, or through the chat widget, including the content of the message.

Preferences. Whether you have subscribed to our newsletter or marketing email, and whether you have unsubscribed. When you create an account, the newsletter and marketing email option is selected by default and you can clear it during registration.

Usage and device data. When you visit, we and our analytics provider automatically receive your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen size, the pages you view, how long you spend, what you clicked, and the page or source that referred you.

Approximate location. Derived from your IP address, at roughly the city or state level. We use it to show sportsbook offers relevant to where you are. We do not collect precise GPS location.

Cookies and similar technologies. See Section 6.

Email delivery data. Our email provider tells us whether a message was delivered, bounced, or reported as spam, so that we can stop sending to addresses that do not want or cannot receive our email. We have deliberately disabled open tracking and click tracking on our email. We do not know whether you opened a message or which links you clicked.

To create and maintain your account and verify your email address.

To deliver what you bought, including showing you the picks and packages you have access to.

To process payments, place and settle card authorizations, apply promotional codes, and credit, debit and expire G$P Bucks.

To send you transactional email: receipts, purchase confirmations, pick notifications, G$P Bucks activity, password resets, verification links and service notices. You cannot opt out of these while you hold an account, because they are part of the service.

To send you marketing email, including our newsletter, if you have opted in. You can opt out at any time.

To provide customer support and respond to you.

To understand how the site is used, in aggregate, so we can improve it.

To detect, investigate and prevent fraud, abuse, duplicate accounts, credential sharing and unauthorized redistribution of paid content.

To comply with law and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not rent, trade, or hand your email address to any other picks service, marketer or data broker.

We share information only with service providers who need it to make the site work, and only for that purpose:

Stripe, for payment processing.

Amazon Web Services, for hosting infrastructure and for sending email through Amazon Simple Email Service.

Google Analytics, for website analytics.

tawk.to, for the chat widget, which receives what you type into the chat and basic session information.

Our odds and sports data providers, which receive no personal information about you.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, in response to a lawful request from a government authority or a valid subpoena, to enforce our Terms of Service, to protect the rights, property or safety of GSP, our users or others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of our business, in which case we will tell you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We use cookies and similar technologies for three purposes.

Strictly necessary. Keeping you logged in, remembering the contents of your cart, security, and load balancing. The site does not work without these.

Preferences. Remembering choices you have made, such as dismissing the announcement bar.

Analytics. Google Analytics cookies, which help us understand traffic and usage in aggregate.

You can control cookies in your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. If you block strictly necessary cookies, you will not be able to log in or make a purchase.

You can opt out of Google Analytics specifically using Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Marketing email. Every marketing message contains an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing takes effect promptly and stops all marketing email. It does not stop transactional email about your account and purchases. You can also change this preference from your account settings.

Access, correction and deletion. You can view and update your account details when logged in. You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to support@guaranteedsportpicks.com. We will verify your identity through the email address on your account before acting.

If you ask us to delete your account, we will do it. We may keep a limited record of transactions where we are required to for tax, accounting, fraud prevention or legal reasons, and we may keep your email address on our suppression list, because that is how we make sure we never email you again.

State privacy rights. Depending on where you live, you may have specific rights under your state's privacy law, including the right to know what we collect, to obtain a copy, to correct it, to delete it, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We honor these requests from any US resident who makes one, whether or not your state's law requires it of a business our size. Use the same email address above. If we decline a request, we will tell you why and you may appeal by replying to that response.

Global Privacy Control. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal where your browser sends one.

Account information, for as long as your account is open and for a reasonable period after it closes.

Transaction records, for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes, generally seven years.

Analytics data, for 14 months, the retention period set in Google Analytics.

Support and chat conversations, for as long as needed to resolve the matter and for a reasonable period afterwards.

Email suppression records, indefinitely, because their purpose is to stop us contacting you again.

We protect your information with measures appropriate to a business of our size. Traffic to the site is encrypted in transit using TLS. Passwords are stored only as cryptographic hashes. Card data is handled by Stripe and does not touch our servers. Access to production systems is limited and authenticated. Login attempts are rate limited and accounts lock after repeated failures. Our database is not exposed to the public internet and is backed up nightly.

No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and any authority required, as the law requires.

This site is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, write to support@guaranteedsportpicks.com and we will delete it.

The site links to sportsbooks and other third party sites. Those sites have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for them. Clicking an affiliate link may allow that sportsbook to set its own cookie in order to attribute the referral. Read the privacy policy of any site you visit.

We operate in the United States and your information is stored and processed in the United States. If you access the site from outside the United States, understand that your information will be transferred to and handled in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live.

We may update this Policy. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date in Section 1 and post the new version here. If a change is material, we will give you reasonable notice by email or by a notice on the site.
