These terms describe the rules and responsibilities that apply when you access Guaranteed Sport Picks, create an account, or purchase a product.

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you live.
Our content is intended for adults. You must satisfy all applicable age requirements before participating in sports wagering or using a sportsbook.
Guaranteed Sport Picks provides sports analysis, opinions, and informational content. No pick, projection, record, or historical result guarantees a future outcome or profit.
You remain solely responsible for wagering decisions, bankroll management, sportsbook accounts, and compliance with applicable laws. Never wager more than you can afford to lose.
You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized account activity. You may not share, resell, scrape, reproduce, or redistribute paid picks or restricted service content.
We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these terms, investigate abuse, or comply with legal obligations.
Prices, package contents, discounts, and checkout totals are presented before purchase. Pay After You Win products may require a valid payment method and an authorization hold before a pick begins.
When an eligible pick is officially graded as a win, the applicable authorized amount may be captured. A loss or push is handled according to the product terms displayed at checkout. Bank authorization-release timing is controlled by the card issuer.
GSP Bucks and promotional benefits have no cash value unless expressly stated, cannot be transferred, and may be subject to eligibility, expiration, usage limits, and product restrictions. Fraudulent or unintended promotional use may be reversed.
The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, sportsbook line availability, or any particular wagering result.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guaranteed Sport Picks is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service or independent wagering decisions.
We may update these terms as products, laws, or operational requirements change. Continued use after an updated effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
