Spreads and totals come from SportsbookReview's odds board, cross-checked against DraftKings lines on ESPN, TeamRankings and VegasInsider where those books had posted. A range means books disagree; most games had only one to five books up overnight, so the high and low ends will narrow once every book posts. Thursday and Friday kickoffs are November 5 and 6; Saturday is November 7. Our free plays for the week will be on the free picks page.
Biggest early line moves for Week 10
| Game | Opened | Now |
|---|---|---|
| Miami @ Notre Dame | Notre Dame -6.5 | Notre Dame -3.5 at three books, -6.5 at two |
| Oregon @ Ohio State | Ohio State -14 | Ohio State -12.5 to -14 |
| James Madison @ Southern Miss | James Madison -15.5 | James Madison -14 |
| Oklahoma @ Florida | Florida -4 | Florida -4.5 to -5.5 |
| BYU @ Utah | Utah -4.5 | Utah -2.5 at two books, -4.5 at four |
| Arkansas @ Auburn (total) | 48.5 | 50 |
The Miami at Notre Dame move is the one to watch. SportsbookReview's opener was Notre Dame -6.5 and VegasInsider's earliest number was -7.5, yet three books had already dropped to -3.5 by Sunday morning, under the key number 7 and onto 3.5. Two books were still at -6.5, so this line is split until the rest of the market posts. Oregon at Ohio State also moved toward the underdog at two books, from 14 to 12.5, after Ohio State's loss at USC.
Miami vs Notre Dame odds and preview
Miami is 8-0 after surviving North Carolina 38-35 last week, a game it did not cover at -13.5. Notre Dame beat Navy 35-13 but did not cover -31.5. The spread split is the story: if the rest of the books follow the three already at 3.5, the opener of 6.5 will have dropped three full points before Monday. The total sits at 54.5 to 55.5.
Oregon vs Ohio State odds and preview
Ohio State lost 30-18 at USC with Luke Fahey making his first start in place of Julian Sayin, who is out indefinitely, and the Buckeyes did not score a touchdown until late. Oregon has been without quarterback Dante Moore since September. That is two backup-quarterback offenses in one game, which helps explain a total of only 45.5.
Georgia vs Ole Miss odds and preview
Georgia beat Florida 27-8 in Atlanta, forcing four turnovers and covering -11.5. Ole Miss beat Auburn 45-15 and covered -10.5. The spread is sitting right on the key number 3, with books between 2.5 and 3.5, so the half-point matters here more than anywhere else on the board.
Alabama vs LSU odds and preview
This is the most widely posted line on the Week 10 board: five books on SportsbookReview between LSU -3.5 and -4.5, with DraftKings at -4.5 and the total at 52.5. A half point either side of 4 is not a key number, so the bigger question is whether the market pushes it to 3.5 or out to 5 by kickoff.
Key injuries and player status for Week 10
| Player | Team | Pos | Status | Note |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Julian Sayin | Ohio State | QB | Out indefinitely (throwing arm) | True freshman Luke Fahey started the 30-18 loss at USC |
| Dante Moore | Oregon | QB | Out for season (concussion) | Hurt Sept. 26 vs USC |
| Nico Iamaleava | UCLA | QB | Out for season (knee) | Ty Dieffenbach starting |
| Kamario Taylor | Mississippi State | QB | Out for season (toe) | Mississippi State hosts Vanderbilt |
| Aaron Philo | Florida | QB | Benched vs Georgia | Tramell Jones Jr. replaced him after Florida's third series; no starter named for Oklahoma |
| R.J. Mosley | Arizona | WR | Carted off Oct. 31 (left knee) | No diagnosis announced as of Nov. 1; Arizona hosts TCU Friday |
Florida's quarterback situation is the open question with the biggest effect on a Week 10 line: Aaron Philo started against Georgia after missing the Texas game with a right shoulder injury, then was benched for Tramell Jones Jr. Indiana has a bye, so Josh Hoover's shoulder will not show up on this board. We will update this table when conference availability reports come out midweek.
