Green Bay has controlled the line of scrimmage on both sides through two weeks, and a short week at home against a Falcons offense still sorting out its identity plays right into that. Atlanta has been competitive in flashes but has not strung together four full quarters, and a road trip on a short week is brutal for a team still settling its rotation. A number this lopsided on a Thursday says the market expects Green Bay to control the tempo from the opening drive.

Ravens at Cowboys, in Rio

This one carries extra weight as the first NFL game ever staged in Brazil. Both teams are 1-1, but they got there very differently. The Ravens blew a 17-9 home lead to New Orleans last Sunday and have real questions about a defense adjusting to a new coordinator. Dallas cruised in Week 2 despite only two sacks through two games. With both defenses looking thin, a shootout feels live, and neutral-site games have a habit of producing strange first-quarter football before things settle.

Chiefs at Dolphins

Kansas City is the biggest favorite of the week. Patrick Mahomes looks fully healthy again and the offense is humming, while Miami has scored 13 points in each of its first two games and has not looked capable of sustaining drives against a real defense. Double-digit road favorites always deserve a second look, but the gap in quarterback play and roster health here is about as wide as Week 3 gets.

Bengals at Steelers

An AFC North game, which means you throw the numbers out a little. Pittsburgh has a habit of keeping division games tight regardless of the spread on paper. The market still trusts Cincinnati's offense to move the ball more consistently, and a road favorite under a touchdown in a rivalry game usually signals respect for the home crowd rather than a lopsided talent gap.

Rams at Broncos

Denver went 3-0 against the spread as a home underdog last season, and its defense has been stout enough that a short number feels earned rather than generous. The Rams counter with one of the more balanced offenses in the league right now. This looks like a prime-time game that comes down to the fourth quarter, and a total in the mid-40s says the books expect exactly that kind of grind.

Eagles at Bears

This line moved hard. Chicago opened as a 1.5-point home favorite before Caleb Williams' hamstring injury flipped it to Eagles -4.5, and the total fell from 46.5 to 43.5. A six-point swing on one injury tells you how much the market leans on Williams specifically, rather than the rest of the roster. Philadelphia's defense should like its chances against a backup making his first career start in front of a national audience.

Washington's home game against Seattle got more interesting for the wrong reasons after Jayden Daniels dislocated his elbow, sending the Commanders from favorites to sizable underdogs almost overnight. Watch how much of that offense survives without him. Buffalo hosts the Chargers looking to build on an early rest advantage, San Francisco is off to one of the most dominant starts in the league and gets Arizona at home, and the Raiders visit New Orleans in a game that looks plain on paper but could matter for the early wild-card picture.
