NFL Week 4 Odds 2026: Lines, Line Moves and Five Games to Watch

NFL Week 4 is already one game old, and it opened with an upset. The Browns beat the Steelers 27-24 on Thursday night when Andre Szmyt hit a 56-yard field goal with 10 seconds left, so Cleveland won outright as a 2.5-point home underdog and the 51 combined points flew over a total that closed in the 37.5 to 38.5 range. Fifteen games remain. Below are the current Week 4 odds for every one of them, where the lines opened, which numbers moved the most, and the five matchups we think deserve a closer look.

Biggest NFL Week 4 line moves
Two quarterback injuries drove most of this week's movement. Tampa Bay's Baker Mayfield dislocated his right thumb late in the Week 3 loss to Minnesota and is expected to miss at least three weeks, with Jalon Daniels taking over. The Giants lost Jaxson Dart to a knee injury and traded a 2027 fifth-round pick to Minnesota for J.J. McCarthy. Totals moved too, mostly down.
| Game | Opened | Now | What moved it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cardinals at Giants | Giants -2.5 | Cardinals -2.5 | 5-point flip after Jaxson Dart's knee injury |
| Packers at Buccaneers | Bucs a short favorite at some books | Packers -3.5 | Baker Mayfield's dislocated thumb |
| Dolphins at Vikings (total) | 43 | 38.5 | Down 4.5 points, the biggest total move of the week |
| Rams at Eagles (total) | 46 | 42.5 to 43.5 | Down about 3 points |
| Broncos at 49ers (total) | 45.5 | 47.5 to 48.5 | Up 2 to 3 points |
| Cowboys at Texans | Texans -1.5 | Texans -2.5 to -3.5 | Winless Houston still drawing support at home |
A move through 3 means far more than a move through 4 or 5, because so many NFL games end on a field goal margin. Cardinals at Giants crossed zero and settled on 2.5, and four games sit right on 3.5. Our guide to key numbers in NFL betting explains why the half point on either side of 3 is worth so much.
Five Week 4 games worth a closer look
Chiefs at Raiders: two unbeaten teams
Both teams are 3-0, but the market still treats Kansas City as the clearly better side. The Chiefs beat Miami 24-10 in Week 3, while Las Vegas came back from 27-16 down to beat New Orleans 35-27 behind Kirk Cousins. The spread has barely moved off the opener, and the total is up a point and a half, so the market expects points in Las Vegas. With the vig removed, the moneyline makes Kansas City about a 65.7% winner.
Rams at Eagles: the market likes Los Angeles
A 1-2 road team laying more than a field goal against a 2-1 home team is unusual, and it tells you how the market graded Philadelphia's Week 3 loss to a Chicago team playing Case Keenum at quarterback. The Rams moved from -2.5 through 3 to -3.5, and the total dropped about three points. If you like the Eagles, +3.5 is a better number than the +2.5 that was available early in the week.
Lions at Panthers: Sunday Night Football
Detroit came off 3 to 3.5, and the total climbed two points, the second highest number on the board. Carolina lost a close one at Cleveland in Week 3 after giving up a late touchdown. Lions backers are now laying the hook, so a field goal win no longer covers. Anyone looking at the over/under should note the total is still rising at some books.
Packers at Buccaneers: Jalon Daniels gets the start
No game moved further because of one player. Green Bay is a 1-2 team that lost 35-14 at home to Atlanta on Thursday of Week 3, yet it is a road favorite because Tampa Bay will be without Mayfield. The total of 39.5 is one of the three lowest of the week. Read our guide to how injuries and news move betting lines for how books price a backup quarterback.
Cardinals at Giants: the line that flipped
Arizona is now -2.5 everywhere, with DraftKings at Cardinals -142 and Giants +120 (about 56% to 44% with the vig removed) and a total of 44.5, up from 43.5. The Giants beat Tennessee 12-7 in Week 3 without Dart, then traded for McCarthy. Books opened New York -2.5 and every major book now has Arizona -2.5, a five-point swing that crossed zero. Arizona pushed San Francisco to the final minutes in Week 3 before losing 36-30.
